Welcome to Bengal Square's Charity Nights
You can now book your charity night at Bengal Square. Use our beautiful and elegant restaurant as the perfect setting for your evening, where all profits will be given to the charity of your choice. You can use the calendar on this page to see our availability.

How the evenings work:
We advise you sell tickets to the event for whatever you feel would be a reasonable price. We suggest between £20-25. But you are welcome to go higher to raise more profit. - we will provide the venue, an all you can eat buffet. Drinks are separate. We would then charge £13pp towards our costs e.g - food, staff cost etc. The difference is for you to keep.
We can hold a capacity of 50 people in one seating and you can have up to 3 seatings on an evening. So, you get an idea of the money you can raise on the night.
To raise extra funds, we suggest holding a raffle/quiz/auction. The restaurant is available to you from 5pm -10pm We have found that people are very generous on these night and are proud to say we have now helped raise in excess of £100,000 which has helped various good causes.
